CodingAndroid.com is a software development studio specializing in high-quality mobile applications for Google Android platform. We’ve been working with Android from first versions (even not release candidate ones) since November 2007. Our first Android project – Beetaun – is a finalist of Google Android Developer Challenge (is among top 50 out of 1788 applications).

Beetaun
Beetaun is a unique social network application around geographical content for active, smart and curious people, who would like to organize their own free time, weekends, go outs and holidays in some specific manner, to explore new interesting places and routes in the city or in the country they visit or live.
Beetaun would be interesting for all sorts of travelers, tourists and simply people who want to know something new about places around them. Supporting elements of social network Beetaun will allow searching for new friends, communicating with friends, sharing stories, comments and photos of visited places, sharing emotions and impressions.
DECERNS
(2006-2009)
DECERNS (Decision Evaluation in Complex Risk Network Systems) is a computer system with the objective of providing a methodology, computer models and software tools that facilitates decision-making in the field of sustainable land use planning, sediment management, and related areas. DECERNS will integrate risk assessment and decision analysis tools from multiple discipline (e.g., GIS tools for mapping and data analysis, ecological and human health risk models, economic analysis tools for evaluating costs, and tools for incorporating social choices) into a single user-friendly software package. This project developing for the Brookhaven National Laboratory (U.S. Department of Energy). The core module of the DECERNS SDSS (Spatial Desicion Support System) is the decision evaluation subsystem. It is based on implementation of decision analysis tools, including different MCDA methods and Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA). I am participate at the developing of this module.

jSimpleViz v1.0 – visualization library
(2007-2008)
jSimpleViz is a visualization library for interactive java component development. It has some basic primitives (points, links, behavior patterns, etc.) that can be used as a building blocks for components. For now library is under development.

TeSys – Knowledge testing system

TeSys is a knowledge testing system for one of the our university departments. It used for students knowledge testing. TeSys is a web application with different testing layers, different question types and many other features.

jSimpleCharts v1.0 – v2.0 – chart library
(2006)
jSimpleCharts is a chart library that has been used for Department rating assessment system. Other chart libraries (such as jFreeChart) are too big for on applet usage. jSimpleCharts has some basic features such as pie charts, bar charts, etc. Also it has been used for some other projects.

Department rating assessment system
(2005-2006)
This is distributed department rating assessment system for our university. It is a big project that develop by group of three people in eight months. It is based on such J2EE technologies as Servlet, JSP, JavaBeans, JDBC. Also used some MCDA (Multi Criteria Desicion Analysis) approaches and DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) for rating assessment model creation. This model is highly customizable structure. System include walking weights analysis tool for weight sensitivity model analysis. Rating assessment system work at local area network of Obninsk State University.
